Position Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Install Helper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has prior hands-on experience assisting with residential and/or light commercial HVAC system installations and is eager to grow into a lead installer role.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead installers with the installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Carry out tasks such as running ductwork, setting equipment, wiring, brazing, and piping. Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment. Ensure proper safety procedures are always followed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Deliver excellent customer service while on job sites.
Qualifications:
HVAC installation experience (residential or light commercial) Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely. Knowledge of HVAC components and installation processes Strong work ethic with the ability to follow directions and learn quickly. Good communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record EPA Certification (preferred but not required)
What We Offer:

Pay:
$16.50 - $20.50 per hour
