Job Description
Looking for steady work and real earning potential? Tidelands AC & Refrigeration is growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to handle residential, light commercial, and refrigeration service work. We offer year-round stability, a structured on-call rotation, and competitive hourly pay. Pay & Benefits $25-$35/hr based on experience Ongoing training opportunities Year-round work (no seasonal layoffs) Additional Benefits listed in Benefit section What You'll Work On Residential HVAC diagnostics & repair Light commercial rooftop units Refrigeration systems (coolers, freezers, etc.) Preventative maintenance Replacement support when needed On-Call Rotation On-call every 4-5 weeks Additional compensation for on-call time Qualifications 2+ years HVAC experience (residential required) Commercial and/or refrigeration experience preferred EPA Certification Valid driver's license Strong diagnostic ability Professional communication skills
