What We Offer Competitive pay with performance-based earning potential Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off + paid holidays Company vehicle + gas card (for Lead Installers) Uniforms provided Weekly direct deposit Ongoing training and advancement opportunities A team-first culture that actually supports you in the field Responsibilities As a Lead HVAC Installer , you will: Remove and replace residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, AC units) Install complete heating and cooling systems to manufacturer specs and local code Lead installs with a helper and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly Start up, test, and troubleshoot newly installed systems Maintain high-quality workmanship and pass inspections consistently Keep job sites clean and deliver a professional customer experience Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Experience with full system installs (furnace, AC, heat pump) Ability to lead a job and manage a helper Strong understanding of HVAC codes and best practices EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain) Physically able to lift equipment and work in attics/crawlspaces Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Total Heating and Cooling?
