Swift Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Technicians. We are interviewing experienced technicians that can hit the ground running this summer. This position is aimed at career growth in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. $5,000 Sign on Bonus Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heat pumps, furnaces and mini splits, to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment using schematics, HVAC design principles, and technical manuals. Engage with customers to explain system solutions, benefits, and maintenance plans, building trust and sales. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and brazing equipment to diagnose electrical issues or mechanical failures accurately. Maintain detailed service records, including inspection reports, repair logs, and schematics documentation. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes while demonstrating professionalism. Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems or appliance repair. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans. Familiarity with field service procedures including equipment repair, troubleshooting electrical components, and system diagnostics. Ability to operate diagnostic tools like ohmmeters and perform braze repairs. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication skills and customer service.
