Lead HVAC Duct Installer Advance Heating & Air is looking for an experienced and dependable Lead HVAC Duct Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong duct installation experience, can lead a crew, and takes pride in quality workmanship. Job Responsibilities Lead and perform residential and/or commercial HVAC duct installations Install supply and return duct systems according to plans and specifications Ensure ductwork is properly sized, sealed, supported, and insulated Read and interpret HVAC plans and duct layouts Coordinate daily work with the HVAC installation team Train and assist less-experienced installers Maintain a clean and safe work environment Ensure installations meet company quality standards Communicate effectively with management and other team members Troubleshoot and resolve duct installation issues in the field Qualifications Minimum 4 years of HVAC duct installation experience Previous lead or crew-lead experience preferred Valid driver's license Ability to read and understand HVAC plans Strong knowledge of duct installation practices Ability to work independently and lead a team Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Pay & Benefits $60,000-$85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Full-time position Opportunity for growth and advancement Why Join Us?
