Job Description
D & R Service, Inc. is a local heating, air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration company in business since 1971, specializing in commercial and residential HVAC-R. We offer competitive pay, full time benefits, and paid leave and holidays. We provide uniforms and on-the-job training as needed. Applicants must have some experience in heating and air conditioning. Upon hiring, employees will expand into refrigeration and kitchen equipment. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting and repair of a variety of commercial and residential HVAC equipment, including boilers, chillers, condensing units, air handling units, heat pumps, and kitchen equipment. We also do preventative maintenance work for customers, including changing filters and servicing refrigeration equipment. Each technician has a company supplied service van that contains their tools and parts. This service van shall be kept clean and organized. Employees must have a clean, safe driving record, good customer service skills, be highly motivated, and be professional at all times.
