Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Supervisor (Plumbing & HVAC Focus) position include: Supervise, motivate, and train individuals in plumbing and HVAC installation and safety practices Inspect plumbing and HVAC work to ensure code compliance and quality standards Apply strong knowledge of residential construction methods and on-the-job safety Operate and oversee the use of construction-related tools and machinery Communicate professionally with staff, partners, and program participants Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimates Lift, carry, and handle heavy materials as required on job sites Maintain required licensure, valid driver's license, and pass an extensive background check

Salary:

$30.00 per hour, with increases for additional qualifications and experience.
