Job Description
The HVAC Technician reports to the owner and is responsible for performing a range of HVAC/R installation jobs for light commercial and residential customers. Customer-based activities require an individual possessing traits of decisiveness, initiative, tact, judgment, integrity, dependability, and the ability to communicate in a technically credible manner. You will also be asked to perform some service and maintenance as needed so being well-rounded is ideal. Performing routine HVAC/R service and installation activities without direct oversight or on-site assistance. Assisting in training of new employees on service and installation related subjects, including callback prevention and installation protocols. Conducting point-of-work sales of Indoor Air Quality services, unit components, unit replacements, add-on units, and referrals for sales.
