Daily, you will assist with general maintenance, installation, and repairs of expansion units, chilled water fan cool units, refrigeration equipment, and pneumatic/electronic control systems. You'll handle both routine and emergency tasks, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and functional environment. Success in this role requires strong HVAC knowledge, practical repair experience, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to uninterrupted system performance. Completes assigned work orders and/or PMs in a timely manner or informs supervisor of any problems accomplishing a task. Immediately identifies and informs supervisor of any malfunctioning equipment. Achieves to reduce maintenance and utility costs through improved operational procedures. Helps to maintain a clean, safe and organized work area. Maintains a professional attitude toward patients, visitors and staff at all times. Varies work schedule or shift to meet the department staffing needs.
