- $23 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Power drills Residential building maintenance experience Full Job Description We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced, HVAC Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community.
Maintenance Technicians Responsibilities:
Strong experience in the following tasks: Plumbing- sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable) Electrical
- replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge or proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable Carpentry
- patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting Appliances
- help with installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs Technicians should be courteous to residents and provide realistic expectations for completed job Report missing/needed parts to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager (as instructed)
Maintenance Technicians Qualifications:
HVAC or EPA Certification isREQUIRED
Previous experience in residential maintenance- apartments, hotels or private homes You must have personal hand tools and drills
- bring to site daily; do not leave at property Must have reliable transportation and have a team mentality Ability to handle physical workload
- All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States
