Full-time employment and subcontract opportunities are available for qualified, experienced HVAC professionals. The role involves a variety of HVAC and commercial refrigeration work, including service, diagnostics, repair, maintenance, equipment replacement, and installation. Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair a variety of HVAC and refrigeration systems, makes, and models Perform preventive maintenance, equipment replacements, and new system installations Identify system issues and clearly communicate findings and recommended repairs Complete assigned work thoroughly and maintain a high standard of workmanship Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as needed

Requirements:

Previous professional HVAC experience required Valid driver's license Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a willingness to take ownership of assigned work Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team EPA Certification is a plus What we offer:
