HVAC Lead —

Full-Time Location:

Cleveland, TN Schedule:

Full-Time We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with HVAC installation, ductwork, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of HVAC installation experience Strong experience with ductwork installation and repair Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues Experience performing preventative and general HVAC maintenance EPA certification required Ability to work independently and lead HVAC projects effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Responsibilities Lead and perform HVAC installation projects Install, modify, and repair ductwork Troubleshoot HVAC systems and identify issues Perform routine and preventative maintenance Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards Assist with and provide direction to other HVAC technicians as needed If you have the experience and qualifications to lead HVAC projects, we want to hear from you!
