Job Description
The Physical Plant at Milligan University invites applications for the full-time position of HVAC Technician with an anticipated start date after June 1 st , 2026. Reporting to the Service Manager - Maintenance, this position serves as the primary point of contact for Milligan's HVAC systems, cooler and freezer systems, and boiler room operation and maintenance. Activities include troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment, minor replacements & repairs, execution of a quality upkeep and PM maintenance schedule, and serving as a liaison to outside HVAC companies for larger jobs.
