$75,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience

Earning potential tied to the results you help driveYour New RoleLead field operations serving the Greater Nashville area, with a primary focus on Williamson, Rutherford, and Maury counties.

Responsible for the successful delivery and performance of HVAC service, installation, and maintenance operationsPerform HVAC service calls and maintenance visitsLead by example in the field, following and reinforcing company standards for HVAC service, installation, repair, and maintenance.

Ensure HVAC repairs and installations meet company quality standards, applicable codes, and permitting requirementsWork alongside teammates to tackle complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and other technical challenges.

Resolve customer concerns and deliver a consistently professional customer experiencePresent HVAC membership plans to customers and support the team in growing and retaining membership clientsSupport achievement operational performance goalsMaximize qualified lead opportunities and support profitable, sustainable growthEnsure field operations comply with applicable local, state, federal, OSHA, and company requirementsProvide ownership with insights on customer feedback, market trends, revenue opportunities, and field performance.
