Job Description
Roger L. Newman Co. Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to add to our team. Responsibilities Maintain HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot/repair issues with HVAC units. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts/materials used to complete work. Be a part of the On-Call Rotation Qualifications Candidate must have valid driver's license and a driving record that would be suitable for adding candidate as a driver to our company insurance policy. Proven experience working on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Formal HVAC education is preferred but not required Benefits Compensation is based on experience On-Call Stipend Use of company vehicle for travel to job sites Use of company tablet for maintaining service records Paid Time Off Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Health Savings Account 401(k)
