Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical issues.

Property Care:

Leading the "make-ready" process to ensure new residents move into a perfect home.

Precision Work:

Handling lock installations, re-keying, and routine preventive maintenance.

Safety & Logistics:

Certified Pro:

You hold an HVAC Certification (Universal is a major plus).

Proven Track Record:

At least 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.

Technical Knowledge:
