Handling day-to-day repairs, unit make-readies, and resident work orders. What You'll Do Complete make-ready repairs for vacant units (painting, patching, fixture replacement, etc.) Respond to resident maintenance requests (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC) Troubleshoot and repair HVAC issues Perform preventative maintenance on property systems and equipment Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Document work performed and escalate major issues when needed Requirements 2+ years of apartment or property maintenance experience HVAC Certified preferred Strong skills in general repairs: plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, etc. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Own basic tools and ability to lift/move 50-75 lbs #
