Lee Company is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems for customers across the Southeast. You'll troubleshoot rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and controls, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, code-compliant work. Collaborate with a supportive, safety-focused team that values training and career growth. Use modern tools and technology to deliver high-quality service, communicate clearly with customers, and complete detailed service documentation while representing Lee Company's people-first culture. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, chillers, boilers, and heat pumps. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections on commercial HVAC systems. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and controls issues using diagnostic tools. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company policies, and local codes. Communicate findings, recommendations, and repair options to customers and supervisors. Document work performed, parts used, and system conditions in service software. Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical problems in the field. Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe, clean working condition.
