What You'll Install- residential HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, heat pumps, and gas furnaces. Complete equipment start-ups and verify proper system operation. Perform ductwork installations and modifications. Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site. Deliver professional customer service on every job. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Work with team members to complete installations efficiently and with high quality. Qualifications 1-5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred. EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Experience with ductwork a plus. Plumbing and electrical experience is a plus. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors.
