A day in this role As an HVAC Damper Assembly Technician, you'll be hands-on across the production floor. You'll hang and remove components on the paint line, break parts out of laser-cut sheets, complete sub-assemblies from work orders, assist machine operators with load/unload tasks, and step into other departments as your supervisor directs. You'll thrive in a fast-paced setting, use your mechanical instincts, and stay curious as you learn new processes. What you'll own Safety Follow all safety rules, modeling our core values on every task Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized Operate tools and machinery correctly; promptly alert your lead or supervisor to needed repairs or issues Quality Verify materials, dimensions, and part counts against work orders/job tickets Inspect parts and surfaces to ensure they're free of defects Monitor the quality of your own output; escalate unusual or defective conditions and operating difficulties Complete work to defined quality standards and specifications Accurately record work performed using required documents and procedures Throughput & Delivery Hang/unhang moving parts on the paint line Build sub-assemblies per work order instructions Assist machine operators with loading and unloading Pack and crate per shipping instructions Execute tasks with minimal supervision Team Culture Do the right thing—even when no one's watching Pitch in for teammates and other departments beyond your routine duties Show up on time, prepared, and ready to contribute each shift What you bring

Experience:

At least 1 year in a manufacturing, warehouse, or construction environment

Education:
