Job Description
Job Summary Join our team as an HVAC Service Technician and become a vital part of delivering comfort and efficiency to our clients. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a variety of commercial and residential settings. Pay rate is based upon experience. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure reliable operation. Diagnose system issues accurately using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge. Install new HVAC units and components following manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Conduct system inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate. Communicate clearly with clients about system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations. Keep detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and system conditions. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role with a strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Certification from recognized HVAC training programs or trade schools preferred. Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and control systems is essential. Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals with ease. Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required; EPA refrigerant certification is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments and conditions.
