Responsibilities Assist senior technicians in the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of data center HVAC systems and supporting infrastructure. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment such as chillers, boilers, heaters, cooling towers, air distribution systems, and water pumps under direct supervision. Maintain assigned equipment in clean, efficient, and first-class operating condition in accordance with industry standards, codes, and laws. Support routine and emergency maintenance activities as directed. Strive for continual improvement of technical skills through hands-on experience and trade literature. Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and excel in the HVAC industry. Participate in after-hours assignments as required. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Qualifications Must be a US citizen. High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of HVAC service experience required; 2 years preferred. Knowledge of refrigeration principles. Working knowledge of basic electricity as it applies to HVAC systems and diagnostic tools. Ability to work effectively under direct supervision and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
