About the Role Boost Air Heating & Cooling is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site in Arlington, TX. This role focuses on handling marketed leads and converting them into booked appointments . You will primarily be responsible for booking replacement consultations and service calls while ensuring every homeowner receives a professional and seamless experience from the first interaction. We are looking for someone who understands how to properly qualify homeowners, gather the right information, and confidently guide customers toward scheduling the appropriate appointment. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from homeowners responding to marketing campaigns Convert inbound leads into booked replacement consultations and service calls Gather accurate customer and system information during each call Enter customer and job details accurately into the CRM Communicate appointment details clearly to internal team members Deliver a professional, empathetic, and solution-focused customer experience Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple calls and tasks Qualifications 4+ years of customer service experience in HVAC or home services Proven ability to book appointments from inbound leads Experience with ServiceTitan strongly preferred Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus Excellent phone communication and customer handling skills Strong organizational and multitasking ability Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment Must be able to work full-time on-site in Arlington, TX What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Has worked in a busy HVAC or home service office Understands how to properly book replacement opportunities and service calls Communicates clearly and confidently with homeowners Is highly organized and detail-oriented Takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday On-site in Arlington, TX How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
