Full Job Description Job Purpose:

As an HVAC Service Tech at Sailor's Air & Plumbing, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of heating and cooling systems through installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Perform regular maintenance checks to prevent system failures. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with heating and cooling equipment. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Provide excellent customer service and support during service calls.

Required Education:

High School Diploma Required Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance Proven track record of troubleshooting HVAC systems effectively

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and clean driving record
