Job Duties:

Review all incoming HVAC warranty calls each morning and prioritize them based on urgency, job requirements, and customer needs. Dispatch the appropriate technicians to warranty calls based on technician experience, system type, location, and workload. Manage the daily warranty service schedule and adjust technician assignments as new or urgent calls arise. Oversee warranty issues related to newly installed commercial HVAC equipment and systems. Review service notes, job history, startup documentation, and previous repairs to help determine the appropriate course of action. Provide technical guidance to service technicians when troubleshooting HVAC systems installed by Airco. Visit commercial job sites as needed to assist with difficult warranty issues, evaluate system problems, and direct technicians through troubleshooting and repairs. Coordinate with Construction, Startup, Service, and Project Management teams to resolve installation- or startup-related issues. Determine whether service calls are legitimate warranty items or fall outside the warranty scope. Track recurring equipment, installation, or workmanship issues and communicate trends to the appropriate departments. Follow up on open warranty calls to ensure repairs are completed and outstanding issues are resolved. Coordinate parts, equipment, manufacturer support, and additional manpower when needed to complete warranty repairs.

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems is required High School or Trade School Graduate or GED EPA Universal license Valid Texas driver's license with a clean record
