Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems for apartment complexes and homes. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment in residential. The HVAC Technician will work independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems while adhering to safety standards and regulations. Duties Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on HVAC equipment to identify issues. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to system performance and efficiency. Conduct equipment repairs including welding and working with ammonia refrigeration systems. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations during all installations and repairs. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Skills Proficiency in HVAC/R systems design and installation. Experience with appliance repair and general mechanical skills. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work.
