Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our residential community, contributing to a safe and enjoyable living environment for our residents. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical repairs, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Conduct inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and ensure high-quality customer service. Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for new residents through repairs and painting. Maintain accurate records of work orders using Resman software. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations of the community. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general repair techniques. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction. Basic supervisory skills are a plus but not required.
