Silver Lands owns and manages a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including single-family homes, multi-family units, apartment complexes, and manufactured housing. We take pride in maintaining quality housing and building lasting relationships with our residents. As we grow, we're looking for a motivated, people-first Community Manager to join our team. What You'll Do Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues across multiple units and properties Install, maintain, and repair mini-split and multi-split HVAC systems Handle routine and emergency service calls in a timely, professional manner Purchase, handle, and recover refrigerant (Freon) in compliance with EPA regulations Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and extend system life Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent per job Communicate clearly with property managers and residents/tenants about repair status and timelines Manage your own schedule and prioritize service requests across properties What We're Looking For EPA 608 Certification (required — you'll be purchasing and handling refrigerant) Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems Hands-on experience with split system and multi-split installations Strong work ethic and reliability — someone who shows up and gets it done Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound judgment calls in the field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Good communication skills for interacting with residents, tenants, and property staff What We Offer Full-time $70,000 per year Paid time off and holidays On-call compensation Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Silverlands is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
