Experienced HVAC technician wanted

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients' environments remain comfortable, efficient, and safe. Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ammonia refrigeration systems. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to diagnose issues accurately. Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot mechanical problems and perform appliance repairs on-site. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to repair or replace faulty components. Diagnose electrical issues using electrical testing devices and ensure proper functioning of HVAC/R equipment. Collaborate with team members to design HVAC solutions tailored to client needs, incorporating HVAC design principles. Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed for accountability and future reference. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC technician with a strong background in construction and property maintenance. Extensive service technician experience with a focus on HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and appliance repair. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC/R technical diagrams confidently. Mechanical knowledge encompassing boilers, pumps, valves, welding techniques, and equipment repair. Hands-on experience with field service operations across various environments including commercial or industrial settings. Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R certifications preferred. Familiarity with the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing devices. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating a driver vehicle is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to deliver top-tier service in fast-paced settings.
