What We're Looking For:

The Hybrid Expert:

You must have a strong foundation in commercial HVAC systems but prefer the fast-paced, high-reward environment of residential service and sales.

The Closer:

Proven experience in service-based sales. You know how to communicate value, build trust, and offer options that make sense for the customer.

The Professional:

Neatly groomed, great listener, and a communication style that puts customers at ease.

Qualifications:

5+ Years of HVAC Technician experience.

Strong Commercial Knowledge:

Ability to troubleshoot and service commercial equipment confidently.

Sales Background:

Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals or converting service calls into system upgrades. EPA Universal Certification & TDLR Card. Tools of the

Trade:

Must possess (and be willing to invest in) the hand tools necessary for high-level service.

Flexibility:

Available for after-hours and weekend rotations as needed.

Requirements:
