RESPONSIBILITIES

Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment Assist plumbing and controls departments as needed Travel to job sites across Greater DFW (some overnight travel within Texas may be required) Participate in rotating on-call shifts for emergency service Maintain company vehicle and stock of parts, tools, and safety gear Diagnose system issues and explain service needs clearly to customers Provide recommendations for system upgrades or service contracts Attend training and company events as required Follow all company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manuals Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and customer service skills Must be able to work at heights and on extension ladders Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in extreme weather conditions High school diploma or GED Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record TDLR Certification or Registration EPA Universal Certification Must pass a background check and drug screen Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
