Full Job Description Job Summary:
Local 100 is seeking skilled and experienced Data Center HVAC Technicians to join our team with commercial and industrial experience, that is knowledgeable in Chillers, Boilers, Large Tonnage Split Systems, Water Source Heat Pumps, Cooling Towers, Pumps, VRF Systems and etc. We offer top pay plus benefits including:- Retirement Pension

- HRA Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a HVAC Technician
- A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a van
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, including their design and installation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with appliance repair and maintenance techniques
- Experience with design and building of HVAC systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
