We're looking for an experienced HVAC/R Service Technician to join our small team. We're looking for someone with a solid background in both HVAC and refrigeration who can confidently run service calls, troubleshoot and diagnose problems, perform quality repairs, and communicate professionally with customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, can make good decisions in the field, and wants to continue growing their skills and career with our company. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial and residential HVAC/R equipment Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections Troubleshoot electrical systems, controls, motors, compressors, contactors, capacitors, thermostats, and related components Service rooftop units, split systems, mini-splits, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, and other refrigeration equipment Perform HVAC/R installations and equipment replacements as needed Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer specifications Properly recover, charge, and handle refrigerants in accordance with EPA requirements Clearly communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers Complete accurate service documentation, including diagnostics, repairs, materials used, and equipment condition Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional manner Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC/R field experience required Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration experience required Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Solid electrical and controls knowledge Ability to independently diagnose and complete service calls EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Dependable, professional, and customer-service oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a small team What We Offer $22
