Perform skilled mechanical maintenance duties in the inspection, repair, installation and alteration of air purification units, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and related equipment and facilities as well as perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment. Understand basic electrical theory AC and DC currents, single phase and three phase circuits up to 480 volts. Knowledge of basic trouble shooting of electrical circuits and the ability to use multi-meters and read current and resistance values. Must have good communication skills.
