Lead HVAC Installer Premier HVAC Installation & Services is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated professional who can work independently, manage their time effectively, and deliver high-quality installations while providing excellent customer service. Job Overview As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing HVAC system installations from start to finish. You must be able to troubleshoot issues in the field, communicate professionally with homeowners, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems and equipment. Lead installation projects and ensure quality workmanship. Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding installation progress and any issues that arise. Troubleshoot and problem-solve in the field as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Manage time effectively to complete projects on schedule. Ensure all installations meet company standards and local codes. Requirements Previous experience as a Lead HVAC Installer. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
