Your responsibilities will include:
Install residential heating and air conditioning systems Complete equipment replacements, change-outs, and system upgrades Install furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, condensers, coils, and related equipment Properly install refrigerant lines, drain lines, electrical connections, duct transitions, and accessories Follow manufacturer specifications, company standards, and applicable codes Perform system start-up and verify proper operation after installation Identify installation challenges and communicate solutions with leadership Protect customers' homes and maintain a clean, professional work area Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation Complete required job documentation accurately Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and materials Follow all company safety procedures and installation standards Work closely with installation helpers, leads, service technicians, and management Represent Comfort Land professionally on every job What We're Looking ForRequired Residential HVAC installation experience Working knowledge of HVAC equipment and installation practices Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working in attics or other confined spaces Ability to work in Texas weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Dependable attendance and professional attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment requirements Preferred EPA certification Experience with complete residential HVAC system replacements Experience installing heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and split systems Knowledge of airflow, ductwork, refrigerant piping, and system start-up procedures Experience working directly with residential customers Previous Lead Installer experience is a plus What Success Looks Like At Comfort Land, our installers are expected to do more than simply complete the job.Success means:

Pay:
$60,000.00- $110,000.
