Our Service Division supports residential and commercial customers with timely, expert solutions. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems. This role works both independently and alongside senior technicians to complete service calls safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems Install HVAC equipment and components according to code and manufacturer specifications Assist Senior HVAC Technicians with complex service calls Support and Mentor Jr. HVAC technicians and installers Assist the Service Manager with field support and complex service needs Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and recommendations Complete service tickets and documentation accurately Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in proper condition Follow all safety protocols, EPA regulations, and OSHA requirements Skills & Qualifications Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair abilities Good communication and customer‑service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lead, mentor, and support junior staff Strong time‑management and organizational skills Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required HVAC trade school certification or equivalent training preferred Valid state HVAC License (Registered or Certified) Preferred At Least 3+ years of HVAC service experience Experience in residential and commercial service environments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Certification's field related (EPA , OSHA 10, etc.)
