Job Description
Role Description This entry-level course runs Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is designed to prepare aspiring HVAC technicians for careers in residential, commercial, and industrial applications. The HVAC Instructor will be responsible for training and teaching students in HVAC systems and provide hands-on instruction in a classroom and lab setting. Additional responsibilities include assessing student performance and ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations. Qualifications Expertise in HVAC systems and industry standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team and a diverse student population Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., EPA Certification) are a plus Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred but not required
