HVAC Technical Training Manager Requirements:

7 + Years of HVAC Field Experience required Advanced Residential HVAC Service, Maintenance, and Diagnostic experience required Previous experience Training, Coaching, or Mentoring HVAC Techs in the Classroom, Lab, and/or the Field required 10 Years of Field HVAC Experience preferred Formal Classroom or Structured Technical Training experience preferred Residential HVAC Install experience is a plus experience with Lennox, Carrier, Daikin, or Goodman Products is a plus

HVAC Technical Training Manager Responsibilities:

This role involves leading Reliant's Hero Tech Academy and training residential HVAC technicians through classroom, lab, and supervised field instruction Responsibilities include teaching HVAC service, diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, installation, and customer communication Additional duties include coaching technicians, evaluating performance, identifying skill gaps, leading technical meetings, providing field support, and improving the training program Instructor training provided Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
