We specialize in installation of commercial air conditioning, plumbing, piping, and the maintenance of these systems. We are currently seeking for an experienced Startup & Commissioning Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Review equipment submittals and Controls submittals for compliance with contract documents Assist Project Managers with coordination of equipment start-up and Commissioning. Work closely with Control Subs and Equipment Vendors during Startup and Commissioning.
Manage Commissioning deficiency logs ex:
Cx Alloy. Review and complete Pre-Functional Checks & Functional Performance Tests Diagnosing HVAC, refrigeration, and performance through observation, testing, and setup Ability to perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on HVAC and Plumbing equipment Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment
Qualifications:
Ability to follow construction plans and specifications for proper installation and repair. Must be able to pass a drug screen. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record Stable work history showing responsibility and professional growth Ability to effectively communicate with peers, supervisors, and the customer. Prior experience with building automation systems (BacNET, Low Voltage Wiring, Control Valves, etc..) Prior HVAC Technician experience Experience with laser pump alignments, Air Handlers, Fans, Cooling Towers, Chillers, Dx Split, VRF etc.. working on equipment commonly found in commercial building applications.
