Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with at least 3 years experience As an HVAC Tech, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read schematics and troubleshoot various HVAC issues effectively. Responsibilities Install and maintain HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling systems as needed. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues within HVAC units. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during installations. Communicate effectively with clients to explain service procedures and recommendations. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory used. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Tech. EPA Universal Certified. Must pass drug test and background check. Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driving experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
