Best & Brightest Companies to Work For® What You'll Do As an Experienced HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems. Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups. Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues. Explain repair options and recommendations clearly and honestly to homeowners. Complete accurate service documentation using company software. Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle. Deliver five-star customer service on every call. Required Qualifications 2-4 years of residential HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification (Required) Current Texas
TDLR HVAC
Registration (Required) Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
