Residential HVAC Installer (Sub Contractor)

The Role & Expectations We are looking for skilled contractors to handle residential retrofit installations.

Workload:

1 to 5 jobs per week (consistent flow provided).

Travel:

Must be willing to travel up to 2 hours from Houston.

Compliance:

Ability to pull permits when required.

Documentation:

Follow full pre-inspection checklists, including photo documentation.

Requirements Experience:

Minimum 2 years of residential equipment installation.

Certifications:

ACR Contractor´s license - TDLR and EPA Certification (Required)

Equipment:

Must have your own truck and tools .
