Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician and become a vital part of creating comfortable, efficient indoor environments. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your expertise will ensure that heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems operate smoothly and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills to deliver high-quality service that keeps our clients comfortable year-round. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, ventilation equipment, and refrigeration systems following schematics and HVAC design plans. Conduct system inspections to diagnose issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment. Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R equipment, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to accurately assemble and install complex systems. Collaborate with team members on field service projects involving plumbing, welding, or appliance repair as needed. Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations such as ammonia refrigeration handling. Provide excellent customer service by explaining system operations and maintenance procedures clearly to clients. Requirements Proven experience in construction or service technician roles related to HVAC installation or maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in HVAC design principles, schematics, plumbing, refrigeration, and property maintenance. Hands-on experience with equipment repair including boilers, appliances, welding techniques, and ammonia refrigeration systems. Ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred. Knowledge of field service procedures involving air conditioning units, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical components. Prior experience in property maintenance or appliance repair is advantageous. Ability to work safely in various environments while adhering to safety protocols related to HVAC/R work.
