• We are currently seeking a motivated HVAC Technician with a passion for sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling HVAC equipment, IAQ accessories and services to residential customers. The ideal candidate will possess good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultations and service calls with customers to evaluate their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Provide estimates and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate quotes to customers based on their requirements.
• Coordinate with the install team to ensure jobs go smoothly.
• Stay updated on the latest equipment, industry standards, and competitive offerings.
• Requirements:
• Experience in HVAC service and sales.
• Technical knowledge in HVAC systems and components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving goals.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
