HVAC Maintenance Technician Location:
McKinney, TX 75071 We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician with a strong apartment maintenance background.
Job Duties & Requirements:
Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
Perform electrical and plumbing repairs
Diagnose and repair appliances
Complete carpentry and general maintenance repairs
Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation
Previous apartment maintenance experience required
Strong knowledge of general and advanced maintenance functions
EPA/HVAC
certification required
