This position involves diagnosing, quoting repairs, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment for a variety of facilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting complex mechanical and control systems in the field. Responsibilities Diagnose problems and prepare estimates in ServiceTitan to present to customer Repair and maintain commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, and associated controls Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical components Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers and management Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable codes Maintain accurate service records and documentation in ServiceTitan Qualifications 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience Must own basic hand tools Strong knowledge of RTUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, and hydronic systems Ability to diagnose electrical and control issues HVAC Technician Registration or Certification from
