Competitive, based on experience We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in the Odessa, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience and be dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and equipment Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and determine appropriate repairs Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections Service and replace HVAC components as needed Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers Complete required service documentation and maintenance records Qualifications 3+ years of HVAC technician experience required Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting Ability to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Must have a valid driver's license Must have a clear MVR Must be able to pass a drug screen Must have a clear criminal background Reliable transportation and dependable attendance What We're Looking For We are looking for a skilled technician who takes pride in their work, shows up reliably, and can be counted on to get the job done safely and correctly.
