HVAC Controls Installation Foreman $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on experience Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area | Full-Time QBS Controls is looking for an experienced HVAC Controls Installation Foreman to lead field crews on commercial building automation projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows controls installation inside and out. What You'll Do Lead and supervise installation crews on commercial HVAC controls projects Plan panel locations, wire routing, and conduit layout from project drawings Coordinate daily with general contractors, mechanical contractors, and other trades Perform quality control on all installation work and correct deficiencies Track manpower, material, and schedule against the project plan Train and mentor installation technicians Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies What We're Looking For 5+ years of HVAC controls / building automation installation experience Prior lead or foreman experience running a crew Strong ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings, submittals, and sequences of operation Working knowledge of DDC systems and low-voltage installation practices Valid driver's license with a clean driving record PayBenefits $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on experience 100% company-paid health insurance premiums - for you AND your family 401(k) retirement plan with 4% company match Paid time off and paid holidays Company vehicle provided
