What You'll Be Working On Installing HVAC controls, BAS/BMS panels, sensors, thermostats, actuators, and other field devices Routing, terminating, and testing low-voltage control wiring Installing conduit, cable tray systems, and control components according to project plans Supporting equipment startup, system checkout, and commissioning activities Reading electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints Working alongside HVAC installers, electricians, and controls specialists to keep projects moving Maintaining high-quality workmanship while following company standards and applicable codes Why People Stay Here A company experiencing consistent growth with excellent long-term career potential Opportunities to move into Controls Technician, Startup Technician, Programming, or Project Support roles Exposure to today's most advanced building automation technology Steady commercial work throughout the year Company-provided vehicle or vehicle allowance (depending on position) Company phone and necessary tools Hands-on training and ongoing professional development A collaborative team environment backed by experienced industry professionals What We're Looking For At least 3 years of experience installing HVAC controls, low-voltage systems, or commercial electrical systems Experience working with Building Automation Systems, control panels, controllers, sensors, and field devices preferred The ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction documents Knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and mechanical systems Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail A valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer 100% employer-paid medical insurance for employees and their families 401(k) with a 4% company match Paid holidays Two weeks of PTO available immediately upon hire
